Market Street Legal is a boutique corporate and commercial law firm. We have deep experience in private M&A, private equity and venture capital investments and complex commercial transactions – and we are actively involved in philanthropy and social impact investment. We focus on understanding our clients’ key commercial drivers and risk appetite for each transaction, recognising that profit maximisation is not the only goal across the spectrum of investments.

Based in beautiful Fremantle, Western Australia, our small size encourages us to work efficiently and responsively, building close and trusting relationships with our clients nationwide.

Our people

Isabella Bosworth

Managing Director | Principal Lawyer

Isabella has over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, gained in Perth and Sydney at highly regarded national and international law firms. She founded Market Street Legal in 2025.

She specialises in private treaty M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, shareholder and employee incentive arrangements and complex commercial transactions, such as distribution, manufacturing and collaboration agreements. She also regularly advises on corporate law and governance. She particularly enjoys the challenge of advising on regulated industries, with experience dealing with the Therapeutic Goods Act and Medicare rebated services.

Isabella is a keen supporter of the arts and the design industry. She serves as Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary for Co3 Contemporary Dance, the contemporary dance company of Western Australia, and as a Board member for Vessel Contemporary, a multi-disciplinary arts space based in a historical building in Fremantle (Walyalup).
